There is a management issue in your team ?

The crisis needs to be handled very quickly. Propose a one to one meeting to the different team members needing your input. A point needs to be done. Responsabilites and capacities of each one will have to be looked into. Objectives will have to be reclarified in writing, according to the companies' needs and to all the parties in an open email.
